My current management plan….

  • Botox (31+ injections every 3 mths)
  • Magnesium Citrate
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin D spray
  • Domperidone (as needed)
  • Sumatriptan (as needed)
  • Co-codamol (as needed)
  • Regular sleep (Not too much and not too little)
  • Regular food (every 4 hrs and no high sugar stuff)
  • More water (loads of this stuff)
  • Gluten and dairy free (Not as hard as it sounds)
  • Trigger avoidance  – so I avoid over simuli, scents, chemicals, weather
  • Removed all chemicals from house (Tough to do but done it)
  • and lots and lots of meditation, Indian head massage, Yoga, Beukyo breathing and relaxation …..(I cannot underestimate the power and relief you can get from switching the brain off)
  • Learning to read listen to my body and stop and rest as soon as I feel a migraine starting

I had my first ♥ 3 days in a row ♥ with NO aura or pain – That is the 72 hours none stop the FIRST time that has happened in 6 years………….  (doing little dance)
