Migraine Awareness Month #10: Name the Spokesperson

Today’s bloggers question was : Choose any celebrity to represent Migraine (whether they have Migraine or not) who would it be and why?

As a marketing manager I would go for someone with numbers, someone who knows how to play the media, someone whom lots of people listen to …..  the person with the most followers on Tweeter or likes on Facebook………… so (thanks to Google) that would be

Lady Gaga Twitter Stats(@ladygaga) with  25,439,093followers
Eminem –  With 58,000,000 likes

However –  on a personal note it would be Ross Noble and why? – because I love the idea of his  ‘Twitter Bombing’……. where he gets his followers to Tweet to one given company on the same day………hmmmm… Tweet the UK government and ask ‘Why doctors only get 4 hrs training on Migraine?’  Or ‘Why the number one neurological illness in the UK is the least funded?’

Although there are quite a few famous Migrainers out there who could speak out for us and them alike….
